After reading your article on safflower oil I wanted to add it to my diet but these pills sound to be more effective. I am wary of weight loss pills so I’ve avoided them because I was lazy and didn’t do my own research so I preferred to stay away completely. From what I’ve read these seem to be both safe and effective, which is a rare combination these days with the explosion of weight loss teas and pills invading us from all fronts.
